This mid-century chalet had the space for family life, but not the flow. The brief was to create an open-plan home for cooking, relaxing and entertaining—without the extension feeling cavernous or echoing.
From the kitchen and utility room to the dining area, living space and downstairs WC, every element was designed from scratch. Clear zones, considered materials and careful attention to acoustics created a warm, sociable home where everyone can spend time together while still having space to do their own thing.
