HOW I CAN HELP
A clear route from first ideas to a
home that feels entirely yours.
A significant renovation is not simply a collection of rooms to decorate. It is a series of decisions about how you live, what your home needs to do and where your investment will make the greatest difference.
I work personally with homeowners across London and the South East who want to create a calm, beautifully resolved home—without turning the renovation into another full-time job. From the first conversation to the final styling, I bring structure to the decisions, design detail and moving parts, so you can stay involved without having to hold everything together yourself.
For homes that need more than a mood board.
My full-service work is best suited to homeowners planning a whole-home renovation, a significant multi-room transformation, or a project that needs to be thought through before plans are fixed and work begins.
Perhaps you have bought a home with enormous potential but are unsure where to start. Perhaps the layout is not working, storage is inadequate, the rooms feel disconnected, or you have reached the point where your saved ideas need to become a plan that actually works for your life.
This is for you if you want one experienced person to understand the bigger picture: how your family lives, how you work, what needs to function better and how you want to feel when you walk through the door. It is also for you if you do not have the time, headspace or appetite to coordinate contractor questions, deliveries, sourcing and hundreds of individual decisions alongside everything else in your life.
I work with a select number of full-service clients each year, allowing me to remain personally involved throughout every project.
You don’t need to know everything. You just need to know the right person.
your FIRST STEP
The initial consultation.
90 minutes of focused, professional direction — £280 + VAT
Every project begins with a conversation. Following an initial call to understand your home, timing, priorities and what is currently holding you back, we arrange a focused 90-minute consultation.
This can take place in your home anywhere across London and the South East, or online via Zoom if that is more convenient. The fee is the same for either format, and payment is required in full before your appointment is confirmed.
The consultation is designed to give you clear, honest professional direction at the point you need it most. It is particularly valuable if you are planning a significant renovation, weighing up whether to involve an architect or contractor, or deciding whether full-service design support is the right next step. Where availability allows, it can also be a focused way to get expert perspective on a specific design challenge.
You will leave with greater clarity, stronger direction and a better understanding of what will work for your home. The value is in the live, tailored expertise you receive during our 90 minutes together.

if you would like me to stay with the project
Following the consultation, some clients feel clear enough to take the next steps themselves. Others decide that they would like me to lead the design and support the wider renovation.
If that is right for you, I can prepare a tailored proposal within 24 hours. It sets out the project scope, agreed stages, deliverables, fees and payment schedule, so you know exactly what support you are receiving before we begin. There is no obligation to proceed, and your consultation remains a separate professional service.
Your tailored proposal is valid for four weeks. Once accepted, full-service projects begin with an upfront retainer, followed by agreed staged payments as the project progresses.
PROPOSAL AND BEYOND
The full-service process.
Every project is different, so the exact scope is built around your home and priorities. The process below shows the support that can be included in a full-service renovation.
01
understand your home,
your life & the brief
We begin properly. This usually includes a detailed meeting in your home and a full site measure, allowing time to understand how you live, what is frustrating you, what you want to preserve and what the renovation needs to achieve.
We discuss your routines, practical needs, aesthetic preferences, timing and investment priorities. The aim is not to create a home that simply photographs well; it is to create a considered brief for a home that works beautifully in everyday life.
03
develop every detail
Once the overall direction is agreed, I develop the design into the level of detail needed to move forward with confidence.
This can include drawings, lighting and electrical layouts, finishes, samples, bespoke joinery, furniture, fittings, accessories and a considered FF&E scheme. I create the information needed to make decisions earlier, communicate the design clearly and avoid costly last-minute changes.
05
keep the design moving through
implementation
I can recommend trusted trades and specialist suppliers, or work alongside professionals you have already appointed. While your contractor remains responsible for their own programme, works and payments, I remain the point of contact for design questions, specifications and decisions.
This means contractors and trades have someone who understands the design intent when they need an answer, without every question landing on you. I provide design coordination and practical project support, keeping the details connected as the work progresses.

02
create the concept, and the plan
I develop a clear visual direction alongside the practical framework for the home. Depending on the project, this may include space planning and layouts, concept presentations, kitchen and bathroom design, colour and finish direction, lighting and electrical plans, and early ideas for bespoke joinery.
This is where saved images and scattered ideas become a design with purpose. You will see proposals in context, so decisions feel informed rather than overwhelming.
Luxury isn’t about spending more.
It’s about spending
right.
04
plan the investment, source and procure
Before sourcing begins, I provide a working estimate for FF&E using lower, middle and higher investment options. This gives you a clearer understanding of what the scheme is likely to require, before you commit to individual selections.
Where procurement support is included in your proposal, I track the selections, liaise with retailers, place orders on your behalf, organise deliveries and manage returns. I use trusted supplier relationships and, where available, ensure clients benefit appropriately from those relationships.
You are not left with dozens of browser tabs, order confirmations and delivery dates to manage. Every item has a place in the bigger picture.
06
installation, styling and handover
The final stage is about bringing the whole scheme together. I coordinate the agreed installation, styling and finishing details so the home feels complete—not merely finished.
From furniture placement and final accessories to the flowers in the vase, I make sure the finished home reflects the plan we have developed together. A white-glove service can also be arranged where the project calls for an even more hands-on final installation.
the final details—and aftercare
A home should feel settled from the day you move back in. Following installation and handover, I provide 30 days of post-installation aftercare for design-related questions, delivery issues and outstanding agreed items within the project scope.
Contractor warranties, construction defects and manufacturer guarantees remain with the relevant contractor, supplier or manufacturer, but I can help you understand the right route for an issue connected to the agreed design work.
Let’s talk about your home.
If you’re ready to move forward with a home that feels calm, considered and entirely yours, I’d love to hear about the changes you are planning and the support you need.
